Booth Assignments + Market Prep

Hello everyone!

We are officially one week away and we are so excited. This market is going to be such a fun day and we cannot wait to see it all come together.

This week we will be sharing some fun announcements on Instagram, so keep an eye out and please share anything we post.

Here is a little preview of what shoppers can look forward to:

The first 50 people in line will receive a tote bag

Tons of kids activities including the splash pad, the cutest ice cream truck, a free spring craft where kids can paint wood flowers while supplies last, a kids market hosted by Summit Learning Centers, a free friendship bracelet station, blow up games, and a face painter

Now for the important part. We really need your help getting the word out. Even after 10 years in business, we are up against a busy weekend with other markets, prom, spring sports, and a tough economy. That means we need to be extra loud about this event.

Each vendor may give away one entry ticket, on us. You can run your giveaway however you would like. Please tag us so we can share it to our stories. We will not be accepting collaboration requests on giveaway posts at this time. You are welcome to use your own graphics, or Jennifer created a super cute one that I will attach to this email (you will just need to add your instagram handle instead of or in addition to ours!).

Please email us your giveaway winner by this Thursday. Winners will pick up their ticket at Gate B and must show a valid photo ID. Please make sure this is a real giveaway. The goal is to spread the word and bring in new shoppers.

A quick note about the weather and logistics. It has cooled down a bit which is great news, but please still bring plenty of water. The complex has reopened concessions and we are not allowed to sell water or soda at booths. Come prepared so you are not stuck buying it throughout the day.

We are also still collecting items for swag bags. If you would like to contribute one (or more!) item, you can drop them off at check in on Saturday morning. Please attach a business card so shoppers know where to find you later.

Booth assignments are out! Please write down your booth number so you can easily access it on Saturday morning at check in.

We also have some exciting news! Fall applications are now open. Our fall market is on November 14 and it typically sells out quickly, so be sure to apply early.

As you get ready for market day, here are a few quick reminders:

• Take another look at your welcome email from Eventeny. It is full of important details

• Save your booth assignment in your phone for easy access

• Invite everyone you know and tag us on Instagram so we can share your posts

• Do a practice setup so you feel confident and ready

• Make a packing checklist so nothing gets left behind. Do not forget your tent weights, water, snacks, sunscreen, and anything else you need for a smooth day
