We hope your weekend was full of sunshine, good food, and time with your favorite people! Can you believe we’re only 2 weeks away from market day?! We are so excited to party with you all soon! We’ve got some fun updates and a few to-dos to help you get ready. So grab some caffeine and read through this one all the way.
Market Prep To-Do List 1. Revisit your Welcome Email This email was sent the day you were approved for Sweet to the Soul Boutique. It should have come from Eventeny. If you need us to send you a copy, please let us know. It's packed with key info you'll want handy. 2. Write down your booth assignment Better yet, drop it in your phone notes so you can pull it up fast on market day! 3. Spread the word! Invite everyone — friends, neighbors, coworkers, your dog groomer! Tag us on Instagram @sweettothesoulmarket in your posts + stories. When you post your products in your stories and tag us, we’ll always share! We’ve attached a printable flyer too — let us know if you need help printing! 4. Practice your setup! Do a quick mock-up of your booth and snap some pics — it’ll make setup day smooth sailing. 5. Make a packing checklist Think: tent + weights (weights are non-negotiable!), tape, pens, business cards, cash change, snacks, water, sunscreen, phone charger, card reader… all the little things that make the day easier!

We are in need of a few more vendors to donate their items :)

Friendship Bracelets This market means the world to us. The community, the connections, the creativity. We’d love to celebrate that with friendship bracelets! Vendors: bring a few to trade with other makers (and shoppers if you’d like!). They can match your brand or be store-bought. This is just a fun way to connect. Shoppers: we’ll have a bracelet-making station for you, free while supplies last!
Free Santa Photos Yep, the rumors are true! We found the real Santa.He’ll be ready for free photos from 9–11 AM.
Live Music From 11–2, we’ll have Drink and Be Merry Music (@drinkandbemerrymusic) bringing good vibes with covers and a few Christmas tunes. Come dance, hum, or sing along!
November 15 is shaping up to be the perfect day to spend with friends + family. Let’s blow up those feeds and Facebook pages with all things Sweet to the Soul... are you in?!
